How billing and cancelling work
- You pay monthly in advance, by card, in US dollars. There is no trial and no setup fee.
- Cancel any month from your portal or by email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, with no cancellation fee.
- Your domain and your Google Business Profile stay yours. Your site stays up for 30 days after you cancel, and we offer you a copy of it.
- Your customers never pay a fee to call, book or message you.
- Your data is deleted 30 days after you cancel, except billing records, which we keep as the law requires.
Questions owners ask
Is there a contract?
No. Searchi is month to month. You can cancel any month from your portal or by email, and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
What is included?
Searchi gives you a website built for your business, hosted and kept fast; your Google Business Profile set up and kept active every week; a review request after every job; click-to-call and a booking form on every page; and a monthly report. Searchi Plus adds new local pages every month, a written reply to every review, call tracking and same-day edits.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup and moving your current site over are included. You fill in one form that takes about 10 minutes: your logo, photos, services, the areas you cover and your hours. We do the rest.
What happens to my domain and Google profile if I cancel?
They stay yours. Your domain stays in your name and your Google Business Profile stays in your Google account. We remove our access, keep your site up for 30 days and offer you a copy of it.
How is the Searchi Report scored?
Every business is scored the same way, against the three things Google says it looks at for local results: relevance, distance and prominence. For each check, the report shows what we found and what we were looking for. How the checks are weighted is our own method and stays private. No check favours Searchi clients.
Who does the work?
We do. Once your intake form is in, we build the site, set up your profile, connect your domain and start the review requests. Your part is the form, one look at the draft site, and telling us when a job is done, or connecting Jobber or Housecall Pro so we hear about it on our own.

Both. Searchi is built and run by AI, with a Searchi specialist behind it. The AI writes your pages, drafts your posts and review replies and checks your rankings every week. Every piece is checked before it reaches you or your customers, and your specialist answers your emails and is your named contact every month.
How fast does it go live?
7 days from your intake form. Day 2 you get a draft on a preview link, day 3 you send your changes, day 4 we connect your domain, day 5 the site is live and your profile matches it, and day 7 you get your first report with your starting Map Pack ranks.
